Rent a Conference Room

If you’re looking for a conference or meeting room to rent and you’re not a Sparq member, Sparq Coworking has five conference rooms that are reservable by the public. These meeting rooms typically seat 8 to 12 people around tables, with configurations available for a larger group.

Sparq conference rooms can be rented Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. The three smaller conference rooms can be rented for $25/hr or $200/day, and the two larger rooms can be rented for $50/hr or $400/day.

Each conference room setup includes: 
• Whiteboard and markers
• TV monitor with Apple TV and Logitech Camera for video conferencing
• Additional extension cords, dongles, etc. by request
• Front desk support for technology and setups done ahead of time (may incur additional cost)
• Access to other Sparq amenities such as the kitchen, printing services, phone booths and open seating
• Larger conference rooms include two extra tables for catering, tech set-up, etc.

Booking Guidelines

  • No personal events (i.e., retirement party, birthday, holiday, receptions, etc.)
  • No solicitation, political or religious gatherings (i.e., rallies, meet n’ greets, church/worship services)
  • Additional set-up/breakdown costs at Sparq manager’s discretion
  • Charges for third-party services (i.e., table/chair rental, janitorial services, security)
  • Turbine Hall (including the Crane Room) and the overlook area is common space and accessible to paid Sparq members at any time
